The City of Morrison, IL, has a new Executive Director to oversee Morrison Area Development Corporation (MADC) and Morrison Chamber of Commerce. Kimberly Ewoldsen began her combined duties on Wednesday, December 10, 2014.
On Wednesday, February 11, 2015, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Chamber office, 221 W. Main Street, Morrison, Board members will host a reception to formally introduce her to the Community.
Between these events, on Thursday, February 5, Ewoldsen held the first of a series of casual conversations with the public. She is show with her husband, Matt, at the Donnybrook Bakery Cafe, 103 W. Main Street, Morrison. It was a bitter cold day, and “a handful of people” came to chat.
