12-10-14 at 7:30 a.m. Sharrae L. Howard, age 34 of Sterling, IL, was arrested in Rock Falls, IL, on a Lee County Warrant for Contempt. She was able to post bond on the offense and released pending a future court appearance.
12-11-14 at 8:46 a.m. Tabatha A. Robbins-Melton, age 26 of Rock Falls, IL, was stopped by Deputies and arrested for Driving While License Suspended. She was processed and released on scene without incident. Williams’ Towing assisted on scene.
12-11-14 at 12:42 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies arrested David J. Harrison, age 27 of Prophetstown, IL, for an outstanding Whiteside County Warrant. Harrison was able to post bond and was released with a future court appearance.
12-11-14 at 2:42 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies arrested Georgio L. Miller, age 21 of Clinton, IA, was arrested for an outstanding Whiteside County Warrant for Failure to Appear on a No Valid Driver’s License. Miller was able to post bond and was released with a future court appearance.
12-19-14 at 7:48 p.m. Erik L. Huerta, age 18 of Elk Grove Village, IL, was stopped on I-88 at milepost 40 for speeding. He was arrested for Speeding 88/70 MPH and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Erik was also warned for Improper Lane Usage. His Driver’s License was posted as bond.
12-19-14 at 8:04 p.m. Lisa J. Lanis, age 51 of Rockford, IL, was stopped for speeding on I-88 at milepost 36. She was arrested for Speeding 84/70 MPH and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Her Driver’s License was posted as bond.
12-19-14 at 8:23 p.m. Ryan Ratcliff, age 33 of Sterling, IL, was stopped on I-88 at milepost 41 for speeding. He was arrested for Speeding 84/70 MPH and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Ryan was also warned for Improper Lane Usage. His Driver’s License was posted as bond.
12-19-14 at 9:23 p.m. Daniel G. Emma, age 24 of Chicago, IL, was stopped on I-88 at milepost 37 for speeding. He was arrested for Speeding 90/70 MPH and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Daniel was also warned for Improper Lane Usage. Cash Bond was posted.
12-19-14 at 11:25 p.m. Cory R. McGlown, age 37 of Rock Falls, IL, was stopped for speeding in Rock Falls and arrested for two counts of DUI as well as Speeding 41/30 MPH. He was processed at the Sterling Police Department and released without incident. Williams’ Towing assisted on scene.
12-20-14 at 1:20 a.m. Parker S. Watson, age 20 of Rock Falls, IL, was stopped for speeding on U. S. Route 30 east of Rock Falls. He was arrested for Speeding 69/55 MPH and Unlawful Possession of Alcohol as a Minor and processed for Zero Tolerance Implied Consent. Passenger Chandler T. Russell, age 18 of Sterling, IL, and a 17 year old Rock Falls male were arrested for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol and Unlawful Possession of Alcohol as a Minor. Another passenger, Samuel E. Hammelman, age 19 of Sterling, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was taken into custody and remanded to the Whiteside County Jail. 12-21-14 at 12:07 a.m. Raymond J. Green, Jr., age 34 of Sterling, IL, was stopped for inoperative rear registration light. He was arrested for No Valid Illinois Driver’s
License and released on scene.
12-21-14 at 1:04 a.m. David Betancourt, age 50 of Rock Falls, IL, was stopped for a lane violation on U. S. Route 30 in Rock Falls. He was arrested for two counts of DUI and Expired Registration. Rock Falls Police and Slim-n-Hank’s Towing assisted on scene.
12-21-14 at 1:35 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop, due to an equipment violation, on Route 30 just west of the Route 84 intersection in rural Fulton, IL. During the investigation of the stop, Holly A. Faulkner, age 38 of Clinton, IA, was arrested on an active Carroll County warrant for failing to appear on the charge of Operating a Vehicle with Suspended Registration. Faulkner was unable to post bond on the warrant and held at the Whiteside County Jail. Assisting on scene were Fulton Police Department and Midwest Towing.
12-21-14 at 2:10 a.m. Jacob H. Mayoral, age 20 of Rock Falls, IL, was stopped in Rock Falls for No Front Plate and Defective/Loud Exhaust. He was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol as a Minor. Rock Falls Police assisted on scene.
12-22-14 at 1:33 a.m. Philip A. Marruffo, age 34 of Sterling, was stopped for speeding in Rock Falls and arrested for two counts of DUI as well as speeding 38/30 MPH. He was processed at the Sterling Police Department and released without incident. Williams’ Towing assisted on scene.
12-22-14 at 4:53 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 40 near the Star Road intersection for Speeding 93 MPH in a 55 MPH Speed Zone. During the investigation of the stop, Alan E. Lindsay, age 33 of Tampico, IL, was arrested for Speeding and Operating a Vehicle with Suspended Registration. Once citations were issued, Lindsay was released on a Notice to Appear. The vehicle was removed from the roadway by Slim-N-Hank’s Towing.
