11/14/14 9:45 a.m. Whiteside County Sheriff Deputies arrested Colton J. Zigler, 19, of Sterling, IL, in the 2100 block of Reno Road, Sterling, on a Whiteside County warrant for Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Injury. Zigler was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where he is being held in lieu of bond.
