On Monday night, February 5, 2024, Morrison Junior Basketball player Camryn Veltrop became the All-Time Leading Scorer in Morrison High School history. She surpassed her sister Shelby Veltrop’s record by nine points, after scoring 18 points in the TRAC-West Conference win over Erie-Prophetstown. Coach Kerry Grimm is shown with Camryn.
Veltrop currently holds the record with 1403 points heading into the postseason.
The Fillies are a # 3 seed and have a bye in the class 2A Quarterfinals. They will play the winner of the Mendota vs Hall game in Spring Valley at Hall in the Semifinals.
