On Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 12:54 p.m., Whiteside County Detectives were conducting surveillance at a residence in the 1600 block of Riverdale Road, Rock Falls, IL. At this time, a female subject matching the description of Samantha J. Sliger, 33 of Rock Falls, who was wanted on multiple outstanding warrants out of Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin, was outside the residence. The female subject then fled on foot into a trailer. Attempts were made by Sheriff’s Detectives to have the female exit the residence, with negative results. Ultimately, consent was gained from the owner of the residence, and entry was made. Samantha J. Sliger, 33, was located inside the residence and arrested.
Law Enforcement was assisted on scene by the Rock Falls Police Department and CGH Medical Center.

2. Lee County–Possession of Methamphetamine
3. Ogle County–Identity Theft and Forgery
4. Winnebago County–Driving While License Suspended/Revoked
5. Stephenson County–Forgery/Issue/Deliver of Document
6. Janesville Police Department–2 Counts of Motor Vehicle Theft, Fraud on Innkeeper, Attempting to Flee or Elude an Officer, and 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety
7. Bettendorf Police Department–Eluding, Speed over 25 miles over limit, and No Valid Driver’s License.

2. Possession of drug Paraphernalia
3. 3 Counts of Disorderly Conduct
4. 7 Counts of Theft.
