Ronald L. Finnicum, 77, of Morrison, IL, died on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at his home.
He was born on November 19, 1945, in Morrison, the son of Robert Glass and Doris Finnicum. He married Lynne Finnicum on March 12, 1971, in Sterling, IL. Ronald retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. He was active in his community and enjoyed his time volunteering at “Morrison Charitable Food Pantry NFP.” He was a member of First Baptist Church of Morrison. Ronald was an avid fisherman, enjoyed working in the yard, and loved his family dearly.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Lynne Finnicum of Morrison; daughters, Dana M. and Amy Escalante of Clinton, IA; three grandchildren; one special grandson, Frederick Snapp of Clinton; four great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; sons, Brett Finnicum in infancy and John Finnicum; two sisters; one brother.
There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
