On Sunday, September 24, 2023, at 2:38 a.m., Whiteside County Deputies were called to the 1600 block of Riverdale Road, Rock Falls, IL, for a disturbance. Upon further investigation, it was determined that a Home Invasion occurred, which resulted in the occupant of the residence suffering significant injuries. Further investigation resulted in an arrest warrant being issued for Candie L. Hodge, 38, of Sterling, IL, and Christopher R. Standard, 37, of Rock Falls.
Hodge has since been arrested and charged with Home Invasion, a Class X Felony; Aggravated Battery, a Class 3 Felony; Mob Action, a Class 4 Felony.
Hodge has been remanded to the Whiteside County Jail awaiting further court proceedings.
Standard remains out of custody and is wanted for the offense of Home Invasion.
