On Thursday, September 28, 2023, the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Keith L. Foley of Morrison, IL, on Possession of Child Pornography charges (Class 2 Felony.) Foley was taken to Whiteside County Jail and released under Pre-Trial Release.
The charges are merely an allegation, and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
