The Department of Central Management Services has received notice from Governor J. B. Pritzker that all person or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are to fly the flags at half-staff in honor and remembrance of:
Emergency Medical Technician Connor Mandeville-Rakers of the LeRoy, IL, Emergency Ambulance Service.
Please lower the United States flags and the State flags at all buildings from Sunrise, Saturday, September 9, 2023, until Sunset, Monday, September 11.
