Christ Lutheran School Booster Club announces the 5th annual Fall Fun 5k Run/Walk, to be held on Saturday, October 11, 2014, at 8:30 a.m. at Christ Lutheran School, 2000 18th Avenue, Sterling, IL. All proceeds will benefit the school.
The 5k run/walk, beginning and ending at the school, will feature a fast, flat course, with water station, through north Sterling.
Awards will be presented to the overall male and female finishers and to the overall Masters male and female finishers. Medals will be presented to the top three male and female finishers in 5-year age divisions.
Runners and walkers registering prior to Friday, September 26, will be guaranteed a sport performance technical race shirt. Registration for the 5k is $20 prior to September 26 and $25 after that.
