“Drug Take Back Day” is Saturday, April 22, 2023. This is an opportunity to safely dispose of unneeded or expired medications. It coincides with Morrison Lions Club Recycle Day, from 9:00 a.m. until noon, at the Whiteside County Fairgrounds, 201 W. Winfield Street, Morrison, IL.
Morrison Police Department collects old prescriptions and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and pet medications. Pills must be out of the bottles and placed into a clear, plastic bag. No bottles, needles, syringes, or liquids will be accepted.
