One sign of spring’s approach is yard clean up and deciding what to do with that debris. On Wednesday, April 5, 2023, the City of Morrison began offering yard waste pick up services. They continue every Wednesday.
The City reminds residents that blowing grass, leaves, or other materials into the streets is unlawful (Sec 34-2.12 & 13; Sec 46-60.) Debris in the roadways obstructs water flow and clogs storm sewers. Thank you.
- Yard waste can be bagged for weekly Wednesday pick up.
- Yard waste may be burned Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 p.m. to sunset; Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to sunset.
