The Sterling Public Library will celebrate its 12th annual adult storytelling event, “An Evening of Stories.” Two master storytellers will entertain from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. on Friday, August 29, 2014. They will be at Woodlawn Arts Academy, 3807 Woodlawn Road, Sterling, IL.
This year we will feature your all-time favorite, Al Batt, from Heartland, MN, and Susan O’Halloran from Evanston, IL, whose stories we all enjoyed last year.
The evening will begin with a juried art show, children’s art show, and reception from 6:00 to 7:45 p.m.
Storytelling for an adult audience begins at 8:00 p.m. We will raffle the beautiful quilt donated by Country at Heart.
Donations for “An Evening of Stories” are $7.
