8-16-14 at 11:38 a.m. Richard M. Chavez, age 43 of Fenton, Il, was arrested at his residence for an active Whiteside County Warrant for Obstructing a Court Order. He posted bond at the Sheriff’s office and was released.
8-16-14 at 7:00 a.m. Odin Colin, age 45 of Aurora, IL, was stopped for speeding on U. S. Route 30 east of Morrison, IL. He was arrested for Speeding 69/55 MPH, Driving While License Revoked, and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Subsequent to the investigation, Colin also had an alias of Luis A. Irazarry. Based on that information, Colin was arrested on an Aurora, IL, Police Department warrant for Failure to Appear on a Probation Violation – Controlled Substance and a Kane County Warrant for Failure to Appear –Driving Under the Influence. Colin was able to post bond on all charges and was released, pending his future court dates in Whiteside and Kane Counties. Hunter’s Towing assisted on scene.
8-15-14 at 5:35 p.m. Brandon P. Dickinson, age 22 of Rock Falls, IL, was arrested on a Whiteside County Warrant for Violation of Probation – Manufacture/Deliver Cannabis. He was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail.
8-15-14 at 5:20 p.m. Brett A. Holcomb, age 24 of Morrison, IL, was arrested at 2nd Avenue and West 3rd Street, Rock Falls, IL, for an active Whiteside County Warrant for Obstructing a Court Order, Expired Registration, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He posted the required bond on the warrant and was released on a Notice to Appear for the rest of his charges.
8-15-14 at 9:45 a.m. Derek J. Wade, age 24 of Morrison, IL, was arrested at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office for an active Whiteside County Warrant for Obstructing a Court Order. He posted the required bond and was released.
8-15-14 at 8:45 a.m. Megan A. Gaylord, age 31 of Erie, IL, was arrested at the Whiteside County Court House for Driving While License Suspended. She was released on a Notice to Appear.
8-15-14 at 11:13 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Rock Falls, IL, area. Upon further investigation Darius O. C. Miller, age 23 of Rock Falls, was arrested for Felony Obstructing Justice as well as an outstanding Lee County Warrant. Miller was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where he was held pending a future court date. Rock Falls Police Department assisted on scene.
8-15-14 at 8:58 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Sterling, IL, area. Upon further investigation, David W. Zigler, age 58 of Mount Morris, IL, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended. Zigler was released on scene with a Notice to Appear. Slim-N-Hank’s Towing assisted on scene.
8-12-14 at 3:09 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop near Rock Falls, IL. Upon further investigation, Christopher T. Spitzer, age 25 of Prophetstown, IL, was arrested for an outstanding Whiteside County Warrant for Failure to Appear on a No Fishing License Citation. Spitzer was transported to the Whiteside County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
8-12-14 at 2:09 p.m. Deputies responded to a trespass incident at a rural Rock Falls, IL, residence. Angela M. Van Horn, age 44 of Walnut, IL, was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Real Property, processed at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office, and released with a Notice to Appear.
8-11-14 at 4:11 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Sterling, IL, area. Upon further investigation, Richard A. Eikenberry, age 21 of Sterling, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended. Eikenberry was released on scene with a Notice to Appear. Williams’ Towing assisted on scene.
8-11-14 at 1:53 p.m. Gerald E. Hagman, III, age 27 of Arvada, CO, was stopped on Interstate 88 at mile marker 37 for speeding. He was arrested for Speeding 81/70 MPH, Obstructed Registration, No Valid Driver’s License, and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis. 8-07-14 at 9:36 a.m. William J. Spakowski, age 52 of Fox River Grove, IL, was stopped for Improper Lane Usage on U. S. Route 30 east of Morrison, IL. Subsequent to the traffic stop, Spakowski was arrested for Improper Lane Usage and Driving While License Revoked. He was processed at the Sheriff’s Office and released on bond.
