The following Arrests were made and Citations issued since Friday, March 3, 2023.
Arrests: On Sunday, March 5, at approximately 7:41 p.m., Morrison Police Department responded to an assault, at 630 E. Lincolnway, Morrison, IL. As a result of the investigation, Morrison Police arrested and charged Avitar Torrez, age 35, of Morrison, with Aggravated Domestic Battery (Class 2 Felony.) Torrez was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
On Thursday, March 9, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Morrison Police Department responded to 203 E. Knox Street, Morrison, IL. Jeremy S. Wagner, age 43, of Morrison had an active warrant for Escape/Violation of Electronic Home Monitoring Device. Morrison Police took Wagner into custody and transported him to the Whiteside County Jail.
