The following Arrests were made and Citations issued since Friday, February 17, 2023.
Arrests: On Saturday, February 18, 2023, at approximately 8:40 a.m., Morrison Police Department responded to a domestic dispute at 520 E. High Street, Morrison, IL. As a result of the investigation, Morrison Police arrested and charged Tyler Jensen, age 39 of Morrison, with Domestic Battery (Class A Misdemeanor). Jensen was transported to the Whiteside County Jail. Morrison Police were assisted by the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Department.
On Monday, February 20, 2023, at approximately 6:46 a.m., Morrison Police Department responded to a domestic dispute at 607 Portland Avenue, Morrison, IL. As a result of the investigation, Morrison Police arrested and charged Michael Karras, age 21 of Morrison, IL, with Domestic Battery (Class A Misdemeanor.) Karras was transported to the Whiteside County Jail. Morrison Police were assisted by the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Department.
