Inez Sharp Adams, age 80, died at home Thursday, July 10, 2014.
Inez was born on January 16, 1934, in Hoxie, AK, the daughter of Robert and Beuhla (Hoard) Peppers. She married Robert Adams on December 20, 1986. He died September 4, 2012. Inez was employed with Lawrence Brothers in Sterling, IL, for several years. She was a member of the 16th Avenue Church of Christ in Sterling. Inez enjoyed camping, fishing, and going to garage sales.
Survivors include four daughters, Dianna (Butch) Hannan of Sterling, Teresa Adams of Newton, IA, Sandy Kopitas of Willington, NC, Kristine Adams of Morrison, IL; five sons, Relton (Mary) Sharp of Rock Falls, IL, Jerry Sharp of Russellville, KY, Joe (Leanne) Sharp of Rock Falls, Robert (Lori) Adams of Newton, IA, and Thomas (Sandy) Adams of Rock Falls; one sister, Arlie Cook of Sutherlin, OR; one brother, Billie Ray (Evelyn) Peppers, of Fredricktown, MO; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; five sisters; two brothers.
Visitation is from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at the McDonald Funeral Home, Rock Falls, IL.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at the McDonald Funeral Home, with Brother Mike Durham and David Schmidt co-officiating.
A private family burial will occur at a later date.
