Rock Falls Rotary will host their 75th Annual Corn Boil on Tuesday, July 22, 2014, at the Rock Falls Community Building, 601 W. 10th Street, Rock Falls, IL, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Meal tickets are available at the door: $7 for adults and $4 for children under 12.
The menu includes a pulled pork Bar-B-Q sandwich or hot dog, chips, beverage, and all the corn you can eat! Desserts are available from the Rock Falls Women’s Club for an additional charge.
Various items will be raffled during the event: gift and gas cards, motorcycle items, and car washes, for example. One does not need to be present to win.
Funds raised make possible community events and projects. One, “L.I.F.E.,” provides free books for children up to age five.
