Multiple pleasant activities will take place on Sunday, September 18, 2022, on Main Street, Morrison, IL.
There will be activities inside and outside The Loft on Main, 112 E. Main Street. The gallery will be open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
From 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., The Loft on Main photographer, Mary Katos, will support gallery fundraising efforts as well as Morrison Bark Park. She will take scheduled photographs of dogs for their owners and print them. Appointments must be scheduled with Katos by calling 815-990-6830 or emailing mary@gardenshedstudio.com.
Photos are $50 per session. Half the fee ($25) will support amenities at Morrison Bark Park; ten percent ($5) will be donated to The Loft on Main.
The Loft currently has eight artists planning to demonstrate/sell on the street.
Select a free DQ Grill & Chill treat between 1:00 and 3:00, while supplies last; limit one per person.
Gather in the building for the Tiny Art Fundraiser drawing at 2:00. There are 28, 4″ square paintings that will be “won” by a random draw of donors’ names. Donations of $15, payable to The Loft on Main, are still welcome until September 18, prior to 2:00. Donors will be capped at 28, so each donor will take home an original work of art. Winners are not required to be present.
