March is American Red Cross month, with its annual emphasis on blood drives, Public Service Announcements, information, and monetary donation campaigns. Today, Thursday, March 31, 2022, the month ends. However, there is a continuing need for the above.
Additionally, The American Red Cross supports residents of war-torn Ukraine. Today the Editor made a monetary donation, earmarked for Ukraine relief.
“If you are able to donate, the procedure is simple. Send a check payable to IARC, P. O. Box 97089, Washington, D. C. 20090-7089. Write ‘For Ukraine Relief’ in the memo line.
“The assault on Ukraine and its turmoil are so far away. Countless innocents are in need of assistance. Know that The American Red Cross organization is equipped to make your donation meet humanitarian needs efficiently.
“I urge you to make an impact through an IARC donation. Know that you will make a difference in the lives of Ukrainians.”
