Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following arrests made and citations issued since Friday, May 2, 2014.
Arrests:
On Saturday, May 3, 2014, at approximately 1:50 p.m., Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Daniel J. McKenzie, age 51 of Fulton, IL, in the 200 block of E. Main Street for a moving violation. As a result of the investigation during the traffic stop, McKenzie was arrested and charged with Improper Lane Usage and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. McKenzie was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, processed, and then released on a Notice to Appear with a court date of Thursday, May 29, 2014.
