The Visual and Performing Arts Departments in Morrison Community Unit School District #6 have your weekend plans set. Join the “Fine Arts Weekend” at Morrison Junior High School, 300 Academic Drive, and Morrison High School, 643 Genesee Avenue, Morrison, IL.
District Art Exhibit
MJHS will host the annual K-12 art show Saturday, May 10, and Sunday, May 11, 2014. Hundreds of student works will be on display in the Junior High lobby on
- Saturday from noon to 6:30 p.m.
- Sunday from noon to 4:00 p.m.
District art teachers and C.A.P.A. members will be present to greet you and discuss the students’ work.
Drama Performances
MHS presents “The Wizard of Oz” in the high school auditorium. Catch one of the three performances from Friday, May 9, through Sunday, May 11.
- Friday and Saturday shows are at 7:00 p.m
- Sunday features a 2:00 p.m. matinee.
