Arrests:
On April 29, 2014, at approximately 8:35 a.m., Morrison Police arrested Tabetha S. Voeltz, age 30 of Morrison, IL, pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Whiteside County charging Voeltz with Failure to Appear – Passing School Bus Loading/Unloading. Voeltz was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
On April 29, 2014, at approximately 9:30 a.m., Morrison Police arrested Terry L. Spitzer, age 23 of Morrison, IL, pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Whiteside County charging Spitzer with Failure to Appear – Seat Belt Required/Passenger. Spitzer was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
