In late October 2021, Northern Illinois Cancer Treatment Center (NICTC), located at 327 IL-2, Dixon, IL, recently received a very generous donation of $641 from the Dixon High School Duchesses Volleyball team and Coach Bunyan Cocar. “Thank you for your donation!”
The presentation took place during their annual “Volley for the Cure” night.
The team wore pink jerseys to promote Breast Cancer Awareness and held a raffle and bake sale.
Accepting the donation were, left-to-right, Dr. Saleh Hatoum (Radiation Oncologist) and Brenda Van Horn, both from NICTC, and Coach Cocar.
