Did you know the COVID-19 and flu vaccines can be administered at the same time, or close together? There are no restrictions for when you receive these important vaccines.
COVID-19 shots are given daily at the CGH Medical Center Main Clinic ENT Department, in Sterling, IL, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The CGH Flu Clinic will be held now through November 2021 at the Main Clinic (no walk-ins, please) in the ENT Department, for adults with any insurance, and patients age 12 and up with private insurance. Patients must have an appointment to ensure social-distancing practices are followed. Call 815-632-5298.
A drive-through option for adults age 19 and up will also be available, from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m., on Saturdays, October 2 and 9, in the front driveway of the Main Clinic. Insurance and cash payment will be accepted. No appointment is needed.
Pediatric patients six months to 11-years-old may receive flu vaccinations in the Pediatrics Department, on Saturdays, October 9, 16, and 23, from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. Appointments are required. Call 815-625-4790, extension 6873.
