The following Arrests were made and Citations issued since Monday, August 16, 2021.Arrests: On Friday, August 20, 2021, at approximately 12:05 a.m., Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop on a motorcycle driven by Marshall T. Smith, age 36 of Morrison, IL, on E. Winfield Street, for a moving violation. As a result of the traffic stop, Smith was arrested and charged with Disobeying a Stop Sign and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Smith was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, processed, and then released on a Notice to Appear.
