The traditional Cross Walk on Good Friday, April 18, 2014, will begin at 3:00 p.m., instead of noon, to allow school children to attend.
Participants will gather at the entrance to Resthave Retirement & Nursing Home, 408 Maple Avenue, Morrison, IL. Due to the construction at the site, people are asked to park either on Maple Avenue or at the parking lot of First Baptist Church, 406 Maple Avenue.
A shuttle bus is available to transport those unable to climb the hill to Morrison Community Hospital, 303 N. Jackson Street, and Pleasant View Nursing & Rehabilitation, 500 N. Jackson Street.
