On Tuesday, June 29, 2021, there was a fire at an apartment complex on Portland Avenue (IL Route 58), just south of RC Smith Transportation. Four units/families were affected.
Morrison United Methodist Church, 200 W. Lincolnway, Morrison, IL, is accepting monetary and gift card donations, to help these families relocate and replace their losses. Donations may be dropped off at the West Entrance of the Methodist Church, from 9:00 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday until Monday, July 12. Thank-you.
