3/17/14 at 1:17 p.m. Whiteside County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Rose M. Merryman, 57, Sterling, IL, on E. Lincolnway in Sterling. She was charged with Operating Motor Vehicle when Registation Suspended for No Insurance. She was released with a Notice to Appear.
