3/10/14 at 1:25 a.m. Adrian M. Lopez, 29, of Sterling, IL, was arrested at Science Ridge Road and Pine Hill Drive, rural Sterling. He was charged with DUI-Alcohol, Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Crash, Failure to Give Aid or Information, Failure to Report Crash to Police, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid a Crash, and No Insurance. He was released with a Notice to Appear.
3/9/14 7:06 at p.m. Whiteside County Sheriff Deputies arrested Barbara G. O’Neal, 56, of Rock Falls, IL, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence with BAC Greater than .08, and Improper Turn following a stop on Route 30 at Galt Road. O’Neal was released on a Notice to Appear at a later court date.
3/9/14 at 1:50 a.m. Lakin M. Krein, 23, of Rock Falls, IL, was arrested in the 500 Block of Route 30 in Rock Falls. Krein was charged with DUI-Alcohol, DUI-BAC Greater than .08, and Defective Taillight and released with a Notice to Appear.
3/8/14 at 10:10 p.m. Terry D. McCombs, 54, of Sterling, IL, was stopped at Route 30 and Lawrence Road, Sterling. Citations were issued for Disobeyed Stop Sign and No Insurance. McCombs was released with a Notice to Appear.
3/8/14 at 5:50 p.m. Joseph CA Rivera, 34, of Rock Falls, IL, was arrested in the 200 block of W. 2nd Street, Rock Falls, on a Whiteside County Warrant for Failure to Pay/Appear on the charge of Driving While License Suspended. He posted bond and was released.
