Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, December 6, 2013.
The following Arrest is reported.
On Sunday, December 15, 2013, at approximately 1:55 a.m., Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Wayne P. Schroeder, age 57 of Morrison, IL, for a moving violation. The traffic stop occurred in the area of Illinois Route 78 South and French Creek Road. As a result of further investigation during the traffic stop, Schroeder was arrested for Improper Lane Usage and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Schroeder was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, was processed, and released with a Notice to Appear for January 23, 2014.
