Rosemary J. Browne, age 80, of Rock Falls, IL, died Wednesday, September 25, 2013, at Coventry Living Center in Sterling, IL.
Rosemary was born June 21, 1933, in Kewanee, IL, the daughter of Eugene and Ethel (Golden) Brody. She married Howard C. Wolf. He preceded her in death in 1968. She married Ernest L. Browne on December 4, 1973, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sterling. She was employed by National Manufacturing for 28 years.
Survivors include her husband of Rock Falls; three daughters, Crystal (Tim) Lilly of Morrison, IL, Valerie Wolf of Sterling, and Becky Wolf of Polo, IL; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; many nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her first husband; her parents; three sisters, Dora German, Ava Royce, and Charlotte Sarnes; two brothers, Raymond Brody and Francis Brody.
Visitation will be Monday, September 30, 2013, from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m. at the McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls, IL.
Funeral services will follow on Monday, September 30, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Dalmus Meeks of Harvest Time Bible Church officiating.
Burial will be at Coloma Township Cemetery in Rock Falls, IL.
