Ceremonial golden shovels and hardhats were the order of the day, or morning, as first visible steps were taken to create Coz-E Corner, on Wednesday, August 21, 2013. The future convenience store and gas station will be located at IL Route 78 and Meadowbrook Drive, south of Morrison Institute of Technology (MIT), Morrison, IL.
At 8:00 a.m. the following gathered to break ground on the site, standing left-to-right:
