Although things are still a bit hectic in the world, the Morrison Junior High School Quiz Bowl team was able to compete with an adjusted schedule, in the Spring 2021 semester. Eight students joined this year.
Although the Quiz Bowl team had only eight participants, this didn’t slow them down.
- Eighth Grade went undefeated against Erie, Rock Falls, River Bend, Prophetstown-Lyndon-Tampico (PLT), and Riverdale.
- Seventh Grade, while not undefeated, still held their own and showed great resilience. Most importantly, they had a whole lot of fun!
The 8th Grade team consisted of five students: Paige Leighton, Violet Mills, Emily Roggy, Sarah Stralow, and Blaine Williams.
The 7th Grade team consisted of three students: Annabelle Blevins, Ethan Lee, and Shawna Simpson.
