Regina E. Keith, 100, of Windsor Manor Assisted Living Community in Morrison, IL, died Wednesday, February 24, 2021. at Windsor Manor.
Regina was born January 20, 1921, in Morrison, IL, to Louis and Eva K. (Gaffey) Rick. She was educated in the rural Whiteside County schools. On December 19, 1942, she married Edward R. Keith in St. Louis, MO. He died September 29, 2004. Regina worked at Climco Coils in Morrison and also at the Howard Hughes Aircraft Company. Lastly, she worked for 14.5 years as a Shipping Clerk for General Electric in Morrison, until retiring in 1981.Regina was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and also the GEM Club.
Survivors include her daughter, Diane (Ben Olson) O’Brien of Janesville, WI; sons, LaVerne (Sandi) Keith of McMinnville, TN, Gary (Margaret) Keith of Bella Vista, AR, and Robert (Carla) Keith of Streator, IL; six grandchildren; ten step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; ten step-great-grandchildren; seven step-great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward; step daughter, Dora Mae Wunderlin; step-granddaughter, Jolene Wunderlin; sister, Eileen Kelly; brothers, Everett, Harold, and Lauren Rick; sons-in-law, Richard O’Brien and Roger Wunderlin; daughters-in-law, Rita Keith and Ardyce Keith; a grandson-in-law, Richard Wildermuth.
Her Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 1, 2021, at the Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Father Slawomir Zimodro of St. Mary Catholic Church in Morrison, IL.
A Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, February 28, 2021, at the Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home.
Interment will be at Grove Hill Cemetery in Morrison, IL.
A memorial has been established to St. Mary Catholic Church.
