In early February 2021, Morrison Chamber of Commerce presented BPI Companies, Inc. the Because Nice Matters Award. The sponsor was Windsor Manor Assisted Living Community.
The certificate read, “Morrison Chamber of Commerce proudly recognizes and congratulates you, as the recipient of the Because Nice Matters Award, not because nice is easy, but because nice matters! We sincerely appreciate your outstanding customer service and your commitment to our community.”
Examples of superior customer service stated:
- a customer had a furnace breakdown on Saturday afternoon. She received a prompt call back from Bogotts. They came out and fixed it the same day.
- another customer had a breakdown the very next morning. They had the same great customer service experience. They received a prompt call back and the furnace was fixed Sunday morning.
- two weekend repair calls were fixed very quickly by BPI, creating the best experience for their customers.
