City Administrator Barry Dykhuizen, ICMA-CM, reminds businesses they may apply for the Downstate Business Stabilization Grant. A business must demonstrate an “Urgent Need” in relation to the COVID-19 emergency. The award can be $25,000 or 60 days of working capital.
