With adaptations, safety measures, and creative flexibility, Morrison, IL, will celebrate Halloween. City-wide Trick-or-Treating will take place on Saturday, October 31, 2020, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
“The City of Morrison is supportive of safe trick-or-treating with proper practices to limit the spread of COVID-19. Celebrating Halloween during this pandemic is certainly voluntary and at your own discretion. “Here are some best practices and safety measures,” stated Police Chief Brian Melton.
