Emmanuel Reformed Church, 202 E. Morris Street, Morrison, IL, is thrilled to resume providing free community meals each Wednesday night and looks forward to serving you. Unfortunately, we cannot provide inside seating for fellowship, etc., due to restrictions.
Due to the pandemic, the meal format has changed. We will operate within guidelines and now feature a drive-through opportunity. Homemade meals will be delivered to your vehicle.
Meals are served each Wednesday night through November 18, 2020, from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m.
The menu for Wednesday, September 23, is Baked Mostaccioli, Garlic Breadsticks, and Brownies.
The menu for Wednesday, September 30, is Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Corn, and Jell-O Cake.
Simply drive into the Emmanuel parking lot from the alley. A masked and gloved “runner” will greet you and find out how many meals you would like to take home. They will get them for you and deliver them. It’s just that simple! Donations will be accepted but are not mandatory. All are welcome.
