After ten years as Editor of the Whiteside News Sentinel, on Friday, July 31, 2020, Lindsey’s position was eliminated by Shaw Media. He brings a comprehensive, journalistic skill set to thecity1.com–Morrison Online–and a substantial rapport with Morrison, IL, and area communities.

“I have severed my relationship with Shaw Media and WNS Publications after ten years as the Editor, but I own a desire to cover the happenings of Whiteside County. Thus, I am now writing local interest articles for thecity1.com and will continue to put your activities before the people, if you keep me on your Contacts list.
“The one difference that may enhance your communication is the fact that thecity1.com receives over 1,000,000 hits per month world-wide and offers you more options than a once-a week publication offers.
