07-19-13 at 9:26 a.m. Angelina K. Schafer, age 24 of Clinton, IA, was stopped on IL Route 84 at Covell Road for speeding and arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was processed at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office and released on a Notice to Appear. Assisting on scene was Midwest Towing out of Fulton, IL.
07-19-13 at 5:25 p.m. In rural Fulton, IL, Riley Stephens, age 18 of Fulton, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct – False Report to Law Enforcement. He was transported to the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office and held until his appearance in court or bond.
These arrests are merely a charge, and he/she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
