Whiteside County property taxes are due Friday, June 12, 2020, as one-of-two installments or entirely. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, residents may not make in-person payments at the County Collector’s Office. Payment options include the following.
Use a slender, black, drop box just inside the Law Enforcement building to leave payment, no later than 4:30 p.m. It is on the orange wall. Place a check–no cash–and tax stub(s) into an envelope marked “Collector’s Office.”
Pay at your Bank or Credit Union with cash or check; have the payment stub stamped.
Pay online with credit or debit card or e-check; print a receipt. Instructions are found on the back of your tax bill.
Pay by phone with credit or debit card; you will receive a confirmation number. Instructions are found on the back of your tax bill.
