Memorial Day Services on Monday, May 25, 2020, will not include the traditional parade by The American Legion and others.
Instead at 11:00 a.m., Legionnaires will conduct a brief recognition and rifle salute at Veterans Memorial Park, Grove Hill Cemetery, E. Knox Street, Morrison, IL, “so as not to forget the honor that is due to those who have given their all in the service of our Country,” stated Jim Prombo.
Attendees should maintain social distancing and wear face masks/coverings.
