Morrison Chief of Police Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, January 17, 2020.
Arrests: On Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at approximately 6:20 p.m., Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle, driven by Brittiny M. Starr, age 28 of Morrison, IL, after receiving a complaint of reckless driving. The traffic stop occurred on E. Lincolnway at N. Jackson Street, Morrison. As a result of the traffic stop, Morrison Police arrested and charged Starr with Improper Lane Usage, Driving While License Suspended, Operating Uninsured Vehicle, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Adult Use Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle. Starr was also held pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Carroll County, charging Starr with Contempt of Court. Starr was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
