CGH Fulton Medical Center hosted a Grand Opening event at 1130 17th Street, Suite B, in Fulton, IL, on Thursday, January 16, 2020, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. There were tours of the 2500-square foot facility, a chance to meet the providers, and refreshments to enjoy.
“We are proud to open the CGH Fulton Medical Center and hope it demonstrates our dedication not only to our patients in Fulton, but also to those in the surrounding communities,” said Dr. Paul Steinke, CGH President and CEO.
Providers at the new clinic, left-to-right, are Lynne Coffey, FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner) and Kimberly Teats-Garrison, PA-C (Physician Assistant Certified.) They began seeing patients at the new location on Monday, December 9, 2019.)
