January 10 Morrison Police Report

Morrison Chief of Police Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, January 10, 2020.

Arrests:  On Friday, January 10, 2020, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Morrison Police responded to 529 E. Wall Street, Morrison, IL, after receiving a 911 call of a female screaming.  As Morrison Police arrived at this residence, a female, later identified as Amy L. Castillo, age 39 of Morrison, was observed swinging a bat into a window on the back of Resthave Care & Rehabilitation. Castillo was first transported to Morrison Community Hospital by Emergency Medical Services.  Once treated and released, Castillo was arrested, charged with Criminal Damage to Property, and transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
