The City of Morrison, IL, has declared a Snow Emergency beginning Saturday, January 11, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. It will remain in effect until Monday, January 13, at 8:00 a.m., or until all snow has been removed from the full width of the streets. No parking is allowed on designated Snow Routes. Calendar Parking restrictions are in effect (even/odd house addresses on even/odd days.)
