At 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, Morrison Chamber of Commerce Executive Director LeAnn Schaefer, presented Because Nice Matters Customer Service certificates to a pair of employees, at Kunes Country Auto Group of Morrison, 627 E. Lincolnway, Morrison, IL. Two women named Nancy, who work in the Service Department, each received an anonymous commendation.
They stated, “In recognition of going above and beyond, by continuously making efforts beyond normal circumstances.” In addition, “in recognition of being very helpful and going the extra mile to get their customers back on the road!” Nancy Dykstra and Nancy Stuart received accolades because of their positive attitudes toward customers and the pleasant way the customer was treated, “not because nice is easy, but because nice matters!”
