On 12-06-19 at 1:56 a.m., Donald W. Johnson, age 42 of Dixon, IL, was stopped by Deputies on U. S. Route 30 east of Morrison, IL, for an equipment violation. Johnson was arrested for Driving While License Revoked, Possession of Adult Use Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle, and Tinted Windows. Additionally, he was wanted on a Whiteside County Warrant for Driving While License Revoked, so Johnson was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail. Morrison Police and Slim-n-Hank’s Towing assisted on scene.
On 12/13/19 at 9:49 a.m., Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Dixon Avenue near Hill Road for speed. Upon further investigation, Steven Petkiewcz, age 32 of Dixon, IL, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended. Steven was released on scene with a Notice to Appear and a future court date. Deputies were assisted on scene by Rock Falls Police Department and Williams’ Towing.
On 12-14-19 at 4:18 p.m., Reagan D. Bastier, age 29 of Loves Park, IL, cited for Speeding 81/70 MPH, Failure to Yield Emergency Vehicle, and Improper Lane Usage, on Interstate 88 at mile post 26. A mandatory court date was set for 1-13-20 in Morrison, IL.
