He was arrested for Driving While License Suspended, Improper Lane Usage, and No Valid Registration. A passenger, Derek J. Streets, age 35 of Clinton, IA, was arrested on a Whiteside County Warrant for Failure to Pay/Appear Cannabis Traffic. Both were remanded to the Whiteside County Jail and later bonded. On 11-16-19 at 1:38 a.m., Freddie J. Cardenas, age 41 of Morrison, IL, was assisted by Fulton Police with a vehicle issue, on U. S. Route 30, near Fulton, IL. On 11-17-19 at 12:30 a.m., India A. King, age 18 of Fulton, IL, was stopped for speeding on U. S. Route 30 near Morrison, IL. King was cited for Speeding 75/55 MPH and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. She was released with a Promise to Comply.
On 11-17-19 at 3:11 a.m., Diane M. Cook, age 47 of Morrison, IL, was stopped east of Morrison on U. S. Route 30 for registration violations. She was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and released on bond.
